Studio Rentals

These studios are part of a shared industrial space shaped around creative work and daily practice. The building has been divided into 15 private studios of varying sizes, each intended to offer a dedicated place to think, make, and return to over time.

Studio renters share access to a front-facing art gallery, a communal kitchen, lounge space, washout sinks, and two shared washrooms (one wheelchair accessible). Skylights bring natural light into the space, and 24/7 access allows work to happen on your own schedule. Parking is available on site.

While each studio offers privacy, the broader space encourages a sense of community — a place where independent practices exist alongside one another, and where informal exchange, conversation, and collaboration can unfold naturally. This is a working environment for artists and creatives looking for both focus and connection.
